V6 failing at "confirming access" for new connection
hi, I have new connection and v6 has not worked at all (been trying since wednesday). it fails at confirming access (failed) in the startup checklist step and also turns up with c133 error at the beginning sometimes.
it connects without any issues to virgin media services via settings. what is going on, does the v6 box need activating or the issue caused by virgin tv services in general (which customer services claimed to be the problem)? please help
