Our remote stopped working yesterday, internet searches and resets haven’t worked in fixing this

New remotes can only be ordered by phone, they can't be ordered through the community forum.

Hi thanks, I eventually managed to live chat with a representative and he advised a new one has been posted, but I’ll wait and see if that sorts the issue

For future reference if you have a smart phone you can install the Virgin media TV Control app and then select the "Remote" option.
