I followed the on screen menu to delete recordings it’s been 48 hours and the TiVo v6 box is stuck in clearing your data. The guide and planned recordings are being reset. Sit tight, this might take a few minutes.
I rang ant virgin media and they said an engineer will be there next week. The only advice the contact centre could give was to leave the box off for 1 minute and then reboot. It didnt work. Anyone have any suggestions
