S102 error Code

Good Afternoon,

I received my V6 TV box today and have it plugged in, i already read through the previous comments saying i need to activate it, i have done so via 150 phone number and automated message told me that it has been activated, sadly i still receive S102 error code after 33% of loading and restarting the box multiple times now sadly does not help.

Sorry to say, as per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s102 this is often an account issue.

I'd make double-sure of your box serial number when you call back in, just to make sure. Stranger things have happened...
