Our on demand service has been down for 2 days now. The message on the screen says try again in a few mins, but it never works. The error code is 6167/VM1, I can't seem to find out what that means either. And yes, I have tried turning it off and on again.
Also I only set up the virgin 2 days ago and as a new customer I am not happy about this due to spending more than half hour on the phone to virgin yesterday.
This appears to be a common problem people are having and hopefully will be resolved "soon". However, if you are only 2 days into a new contract you are well within the 14 day cooling of period so could cancel and go elsewhere if it is not resolved.
