No schedule viewing

Have set up v6 box and new tv - everything working well.  But no schedule viewing ability for programs i want to see later that evening. Record and record with reminder ok.

Went through all settings, rebooted, software updated tv and V6

Any help would be greatly appreciated

That menu is updated via the internet connection not the coax. So how is the V6 connected to your Hub? Look in the settings>network menu for connection details - what does it report about the quality of the connection?

The problem was a faulty ethernet connection, when i swapped, everything ok
Connection details all check out
