No picture

Occasionally when turning over to a different channel the picture just won’t come on which means I have to reboot the V6. Our services were installed end of November.

We have two V6 boxes and this happens mostly on the box ending A5B8.

Just swap the two V6 boxes around temporarily to determine if the problem is indeed the box or whether it is with the TV that currently "blacks out".  Not uncommon for some TV's (especially new 4K ones) to have some incompatibility issues.

Hi, afraid not. It’s still happening. Turning over channels leaves you with the blank screen. Go into guide etc and select channel and then that works occasionally. Sounds like a signal level to me

Still no update from Virgin? This box also has a noisy hard drive and pixelated recordings? Only installed in November. Not a great start
