Most of the time my V6 works fine however, randomly when you start a new program or film, from any source (Netflix, Amazon Prime, terrestrial TV etc.) there will be a picture but no sound. Sometimes you can get the sound back by turning it off via the remote, but most times you have to 'flick' the switch on the box.
Is this a common, possible firmware bug? Has anyone else encountered this? It is not a major drama but still a pain in the rump.
