Hayu keeps stopping numerous times throughout different shows. You then have to go back to finding the shower you were taking and then forwarding to wherever it was you were at! Checks on home say Internet etc is all good, have rebooted the hub but this doesn't always work and surely this isn't supposed to be done numerous times each day especially when it's only been on 30 seconds . We are sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues viewing content through the HayU app. We are not aware of any ongoing issues at this current time, however are you able to confirm which set top box you currently have? If you have had any other issues viewing on demand content? Have you checked you connection settings on the set top box? Please keep us posted.
