Since went hd last year the sound sync problem in english is still apparent

Sorry you're still having audio problems on your TV. We'd like to get it sorted for you.

Can you check if your TV Box is connected directly to your TV?

If your box is connected directly to your TV, choose Dolby Digital to PCM.

This usually works for any audio issues you may have.

 

Let us know if this works.

Thanku for your reply - I have changed the audio setting and my v6 is connected directly to the tv - the sound does sync better but still not 100% like every other channel and like France 24 French version.

Hi Smaller,

 

Do you just have the one TV Box? If not is the sync issue present on everyone? Have you been able to check all cables from the socket, to the TV box and into the TV to ensure they're all snug? Have you been able to check whether the issue persists if you use a different cable to connect the V6 to your TV?

I have only one box and checked the cables - but I think from others on here in the past it’s on virgin tv overall - have you checked the sync on your box? Can’t imagine it’s a cable fault as it’s only on this channel
