Samsung J3 keeps shutting down and rebooting for no reason at all. I don't know what to do.

Is the handset purchased from Virgin Mobile? Have you had it longer than 2 years?

Tried everything to stop phone shutting down and restarting even factory reset but it still keeps doing it. How do I book a repair?

Yes it was last january.
Is the handset running on the latest Android O/S?
Yes it is running on the latest software. I made sure of this when i done the factory rest.
I saw such a method in the Samsung forum, I don't know if it helps you.
1. Check your app updates.
2. Put your phone in safe mode and disable the downloaded app to see if it is the malicious app that is causing the issue.
3. After pressing the phone and pressing a series of buttons, you can clear the phone system cache file and see if it helps. Google Search will advise you on the process of doing this.
4. Backup and restore factory settings.
5. Contact the Samsung Service Center.
The above are the methods that are usually used. If you can't, you can try other methods.
