I have tested your line and I'm not finding any problems so before I arrange for a technician I'd just like to check whether you've tried another handset in the Virgin Media socket?

What I'll need to do next is to arrange for a technician to if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see another message from me with appointment times.
