unable to text 80011

Hello

i work for virgin media as a tech in the UK. So I hand out the refer a friend leaflets everyday to our customers. Sometimes the customers give me names and numbers to send of to the 80011 number myself. However it does not work on my new iphone8. I have just signed up to virgin mobile as a new customer myself and before when I was with EE I could send texts to 80011 all the time but I cannot anymore. I really need this to work as it would be both beneficial to me and the company! I’ve change my account to allow and premium calls and text ALL to 789922 but it still isn’t working?!? I’ve also changed my spending cap to more money but nothings working. I can text every other number but not 80011. 

I really need this to work as I will make my job much easier and make me a better working for the company!
