Upgraded my phone afew months ago and only just got round to do the sim swap. When I text SWITCH to 789225, it says Sorry, it doesn't seem you have your new sim card yet. Well I do because its in the phone in the 2nd sim slot!
replacement SIM's need to be activated within 30 days of issue. After this time you'll have to contact customer services (freephone 789 from your mobile) and request another replacement if you need one.
