Son has an iPhone he’s had intermittent service problems for months virgin have sent a new sim but still the same problem and I now realise that it says sim not provisioned - is this a virgin issue? Thanks

Just to clarify can we ask if 'not provisioned' message was also present prior to the SIM change?
