Currently with BT mobile. Got the VM Oomph package 3 months ago but only just realised that the Sim included with the package allows free calls, unlimited data etc. Makes sense to switch to Virgin Mobile! Got the PAC code from BT. Can't get through to Customer Services to arrange the switch. Anyone know a different number to call them on?
