My settings are all the same as my wife’s and daughters and yet I get no service via data when in Spain - can someone please help!!!
Are calls and texts working?
Did you get a welcome to spain message on arrival?
Is roaming activated on your online account? Good idea to switch off international call barring as well.
What network are you connected to, if any? Maybe try to manually connect to all networks, at least movistar is known to work for others.
Finally, your sim card, is it the newer purple one (since December 2017) or older red one.
Yes I had a welcome to spain
yes my calls and texts work
yes my data roaming are all set ok
no I don’t have the purple sim and would also like 4g...
and my phone to work!
