I am at the end of my tether i have received a handset i have tried to cancel which has been delivered later than promised and know need a returns label (why isnt this included) to return said phone and get a pac code?

So we know best how to help - can you clarify if this is an upgrade or a brand new account & contract?
We don't send return-labels with a new contract - if you no longer require the handset you can refuse delivery so it's returned to us, or get in touch so we can arrange cancellation/return.
