couldn't purchase sim card as it keeps showing Oops something has gone wrong

I would like to join Virgin media so i tried to purchase a sim card online but it always showed Oops something has gone wrong when it got to the final step.

HOW CAN I GET A NEW SIM CARD FROM VIRGIN MEDIA?

I am a little confused by your post - please could you clarify? We don't do PAYG SIM's, if this is what you mean? Let me know if you need further assistance.
