Got a new SIM as part of the Virgin Media broadband/TV package. Spoke to Virgin Media a week ago to tell them my PAC code to transfer my old number (previously with EE) to this Virgin SIM. I was told that it would be activated on Monday and my old mobile contract cancelled. However, with the new SIM I have a constant, "No service" status, suggesting that it is not active? My phone does recognise the SIM as being virgin media.
