Roaming Support

I abroad in Spain,before a go I checked roaming was activated in my line,but I got not any signal,I can't use data,calls or messages,every times got the message "emergency calls "in screen 

My mobile it's a pixel 2,data roaming it's turn on in the mobile,I turn on and turn off the mobile and checked the APN settings but still doesn't work,please help
