I have been having problems with iMessage and FaceTime. I have snow discovered that I can’t send SMS messages so there seems to be an issue with the number not porting across correctly. I am in a private chat with Virgin and they have suggested checking the SMSC - am I right in thinking I can not do this on an iPhone?
Any other suggestions as it is taking almost an hour to get a reply via the private message.
