Not impressed AT ALL

Just had this text from virgin. Absolutely disgusted. HOW IS THIS MY FAULT. It isn't , they forget to add something onto my bill , their fault, yet even tho its their dam fault I am the 1 paying for it. They should pay this themselves . Ok it may not be much but that's hardly the point.

Oops, we forgot to add a premium SMS charge to your account between August and October. Sorry about that. It's between £0-£5 and will appear on your next bill.

Why am I paying for a fault of virgins?

I just received this text message, how is this my fault & why am I the 1 who is paying for it, ok it may met be a lot but that's hardly the point. This isn't my fault & virgin should be the 1 to stand this charge.

Why shouldn't you pay it? If you sent the text you should pay for it

Its not difficult to understand really

I'm afraid the charges are still valid as there's a 90-day regulatory period for us to correctly charge customers for these services.
