I currently have three phone numbers allocated to my Virgin Mobile account which I pay for. My son, who uses one of the numbers, wants to set up his own Virgin Mobile account, buy a new phone etc, but would like to keep the number he currently uses. When we have tried to move the number over to a new account the website says we can't because it is on an existing Virgin Mobile account. Is there a way to do this? Many thanks

Thanks for your post, and welcome to our Community Forums.
Unfortunately, a Virgin Mobile to Virgin Mobile switch isn't possible. Is your Son's phone/SIM currently in contract? If not, as we are migrating our network to O2 as part of our ongoing merger, it would be possible to move a Virgin Mobile number to an O2 service.
