I ordered a pay monthly sim but cancelled the day I received it.
I have not received email confirmation of the cancellation despite being told I would and I have been billed for the first month. When I phoned back regarding the bill I was told it had been waived as I cancelled within the cooling off period.
Could you please let me know how to get email confirmation of the cancellation and how I can be sure the bill has been waived. The bill is still showing on my account.

Sorry to hear about the issues that you've had in regards to your Virgin Mobile account.
If you would like to have an E-Mail confirmation resent to you, this would require speaking to our retentions team and asking them if they can issue this.
However, I can look into this for you and issue you with a refund if money has been taken from your bank. Will also be able to confirm that the account has been cancelled and of course you will have this in writing via one of my PMs.
