So recently my virgin media box has decided to sign me out and I can no longer gain access to on demand or catch up.
It's asking me to sign in, which I do with the correct email and password which I use to sign in to my virgin account anywhere else, however it is telling me that it is incorrect and there seems to be nothing I can do to get access to these features.
If I go on either catch up or on demand I can search, I was wanting to watch dynasties, it let me select the season and episode and then it says I need to log in to my virgin media account. When I do so it tells me either my password or username is incorrect. Which it isn't because I have logged on here with it haha
