Unfortunately I have a broken power cable for my tivo box. Does anyone know how to go about getting a new one?!
I spoke to a customer adviser, I'm not sure that they fully understood me as they have scheduled an engineer to visit tomorrow. We just need a new power cable.
Well, if you have an engineer coming tomorrow then I'd sit tight and wait if I were you - the engineer should have a spare cable in his van and he should be able to quickly put that in for you.
That'd be a much quicker "fix" than any other approach is going to be (e.g. once VM reps on here get to this thread and if they can send you a cable).
