Tivo Box

Just had technician around to upgrade our service with TiVo Box. Connection failure network error C219. It told me to unplug for 15 seconds + and restart. Same problem. Connection Unsuccessful. 

What do I do now?

Is the V6 connected to the VM TV network with the coax cable and also to the Hub - preferably with Cat6 ethernet cable?
