Hi, I have gone to watch two recorded programmes and both times when I try to forward through the adverts, it skips back to the beginning and then says show was only partially recorded despite it showing fully recorded before.

Are you experiencing this with all recorded content at the moment? Or if you put the recording on to the part just before you started fast forwarding and you don;t fast forward, does the program still end? I.e. Does the fast forwarding stop the program or has it only partially recorded?

No, not with everything. It's happened a few times when it gets to the first ad break and I try and forward - it goes back to beginning of the programme and shows as partially recorded! Hope this makes sense!

I've had a little look into the TV services and found that the TiVo has been experiencing some amount of T3 timeouts. I would like to ask if you can reboot the box and try retesting again?

I have been able to run some tests and I can see that the box is behaving well with no signs of errors on the hard drive. I did notice the EPG data is a bit our of date and would need bringing up to speed.
