TiVo catch up says not subscribed

Hi, TiVo box keeps saying not subscribed to virtually everything on catch up or demand.

It has done this a number of times but not every day

We have rebooted many times and online test shows no issues.

Any ideas please.

Hi NickJones,

Welcome to the community.

I am sorry to hear that you're getting this message when trying to use On Demand/Catch Up.  I have had a look at the box remotely and all is looking ok from here so far.  I just wanted to find out more as well, does it just happen to this one box?

Does a reboot fix it?  (Even if it is only temporary).

Let me know and I can check further.

Thanks for the reply. 

It is only the one box, and seems to have sorted itself finally and has been ok now for about 2 weeks.
