Super hub 3 yellow light & home network problems

Over the last 2-3 weeks my vm superhub 3 has been showing a yellow light, unlike the usual ice white light. After checking the settings and trying to diagnose the fault I’ve received an error saying (your home network has a few problems)

Error on checking broadband service

Error on checking WiFi connections

A speed test shows that the performance is great, although browsing and certain apps are really slow.

would love some positive replies.

Hi @Jayshaw91 and thanks for your post, very sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Is it the Hub 3.0's base light that your seeing a difference in? If so it could indicate the hub is too hot, which could also be causing the performance issues you're facing. If this is the case, make sure the device us well ventilated in an open space.

Thanks for the reply Michael.

fortunately a replacement router was sent shortly after I filed my query.

I’ve had no problems since the replacement.

the router is on a open shelf so is well ventilated also.
