Failed connection

Hello,

there I unable to use the tv anywhere app this noon when after I logged in there it’s took ages to load the recording plan as it’s went off saying box not responding, but I went to check the TiVo box worked ok & I went to the setting on TiVo box. There I ran a network test as router test has failed, but the TiVo is connected to virgin cable as I am sure I should set it up onan external ASUS router & the wi fi extender which I think it should be set up as follows is?

Router port setting for TiVo box is

 

Port 80

TCP 7288

Should this be set up to stop the failed test on the TiVo box?
