For weeks now I have had an error message WO2 when trying to access CH4HD on both my Tivo boxes. I have tried the usual reboot etc but it makes no difference. All other HD SERVICES appear to be fine.

Sorry to hear you've had trouble with Channel 4 HD.
We've recently picked up and issue with this that has since been resolved. Are you still experiencing issues with this?

The problem has now been fixed by very helpful Virgin Media Engineers and while it took two visits all channels are now restored. Thanks
