Error 7400

Hi,

Had upgrade yesterday morning and now have additional box upstairs.

Called help line yesterday and was informed that there were problems in our area but on line it is stated that all services are good.

Have carried out router reset this morning and still error message on box upstairs.

On account my package has been updated.

Help please.

When you got the new box was it activated by yourself or engineer ? call 0800 953 9500.
