Before Christmas we used TVGo for first time, via PC, this automatically took all 5 devices. It says will reset in 6 days, 6 days later says will reset in 19 days, 19 days later says will reset in 28days.
This has been going on since before Christmas.... I keep trying at the scheduled ‘reset’ days to register new device to remove the duplicate devices already registered but the days always extend.
Any ideas how to remove all devices (which is the same PC device) to start over?

We've recently made some changes in regards to the devices and registration that should have fixed the issue you've been experiencing. We've reset your devices allowance and we would appreciate it if you could monitor this going forward and let us know here if you experience any further issues.
