It doesn't recognise either the account number customer name or area code

Sorry to hear you are not still able to use your Virgin TV Go app. Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app to see if it helps? Have you tried using the browser to see if you're still unable to log in successfully? Please give us an update so we can further check things for you by looking into the account if needed, and identifying any issues there may be.
