Can I uninstall and reinstall the app? Do you not think I've tried this? I've uninstalled. Reinstalled. Logged out. Logged in. Rebooted. Logged out. Uninstalled  Rebooted. Reinstalled. Logged in. More times than I care to remember.

Was there any update regarding the ticket raised with the IT people

For me it is still not resolved, the problem still exists, tried to watch the Masters last Sunday and it done exactly what it normally does, the code lately for me is Unexpected error, ErrorOVP_00200

Any further news on how your IT request is doing. 

Once again, trying to watch the football on sky sports and same errors happening!! Getting really annoyed with this now

Apologies for the delay in response, I have checked on the IT ticket and this is still open but is now out of our usual fix time so this will need escalating. 

Unfortunately, our IT team have gone for the day now so I will keep an eye on this ticket and escalate this tomorrow when they are back in.

I'm sorry for the time taken to get this resolved and thank you for your patience.
