Registered Device not recognised

My device is already registered and its asking to register again?

I have had this problem and think I know the solution,I use Chrome as my main browser and use CCleaner to clean up every time I exit the browser, that is what appears to be causing the problem.
What I have done now is set up Firefox to watch TV on the go and made sure that CCleaner is set NOT clean the browser and carry on using Chrome for internet browsing, fingers crossed, working
