I tried earlier in the week to seek help to reset my account after switching to the "new" browser based TvGo app.
In common with many others I have fallen foul of the problem where the new app does not recognise the same device when you log in and I have quickly built up to the maximum devices reached and am now locked out until 1st November.
I tried to get help via the stickie which stated that the problem was now fixed.
Since then I've received a PM asking me to post another thread so that the Mods/Tech support can contact me with a view to resetting my account hopefully.
This post is in response to that PM and I await a contact either directly or via PM to help me through the reset process
