T3 Timeouts

I'm seeing packet loss and complete disconnections more and more recently and i wondered if someone is able to take a look to see what is happening. I have tried several reboots but hasn't helped.

We can see that there is congestion in the area which we are working to resolve, the fault reference number is F008048394 . We are working hard to resolve this. ^Chris

I was hoping for a fix yesterday but im still seeing a lot of packet loss throughout the day and night. Below is a snapshot for today so far.
