Speed download

Morning everyone.

I have a VIP contract and phone (VIVID 350 Optical Fibre) which costs me £ 136 per month. I was really happy with my speed and the fact that nobody at home complained (streaming, xbox, files download etc etc). The only oddity was that when the vivid box was activated, web browsing was as slow as the graphical interface of the hub3, but this could also be acceptable. I thought it was a temporary problem, it can happen.

This is what has been happening to me for 3 weeks. 21_03_2019.JPG

Calling customer service is practically useless, waiting for an answer for hours and then I give up.

Re: Speed download

takes staff and other posters a while to get to threads

downstream levels are good am confused by the pre rs levels - never seen them like that with zero post rs errors - normally that would not be a problem but something looks wrong there

power cycle to hub to zero them and see if they repeat to add up - post back in a few hours

also post the upstream levels and the network log

finally [for now] how are you testing - always test wired - if your result is wireless the do a wired test and one in modem mode if the speeds are still rubbish

Re: Speed download

Hi, Sultano.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. Smiley Happy

Sorry to hear you're experiencing slow speeds.

Can you confirm if you're having the same experience with both wired, and wireless connection?

Let us know so we could further look into it.

Speak soon,
