I have a VIP contract and phone (VIVID 350 Optical Fibre) which costs me £ 136 per month. I was really happy with my speed and the fact that nobody at home complained (streaming, xbox, files download etc etc). The only oddity was that when the vivid box was activated, web browsing was as slow as the graphical interface of the hub3, but this could also be acceptable. I thought it was a temporary problem, it can happen.
This is what has been happening to me for 3 weeks.
Calling customer service is practically useless, waiting for an answer for hours and then I give up.
I understand everything but now this has become unacceptable, so all I could do was hope in the help of the forum to try to solve my problem.
