Slow boardband Area: 24

Hi,

Area: 24

I've recently been upgraded to a 200MB line but only receiving around 5-10mb at night. This is both cable and wireless. I've ran the test multiple times and it always says to reboot my router after 10 minutes.

Could someone help?

We would like to carry out some remedial work, the reference is F003443743 with a current review date of 14/06/2017. What VM didn't tell you was F003443743 has been on the go for 2 years and 5 months. And I note that the review date has been put back yet again. Trotts Hill isn't high on their fix list.
