Service keep dropping.

I am hoping someone at VM will read this and give me assistance before I have to bite the bullet and deal with the frustration of calling the service desk.  Anyway I am having an issue were my broadband will drop connection monetarily then re-connect, sometime this is very short and we probably don't even notice and other times it's longer. This is playing havoc with me trying to work from home, and quite often I am having to give up on my BB and tether my mobile so I can work. I am high risk as I have COPD so I can't leave the house for 12 weeks now, so it's just me and my daughter, my wife has had to move out because she works in the NHS, and is dealing with exclusively Covid-19 patients so the risk to me was too high. So anyway me and my daughter are getting stare crazy cooped up, in a small flat together and the only thing keeping us sane is the internet and being able to stream things like Netflix and YouTube, she is driving me nuts complaining about the BB cutting out constantly. I have attached the log from the modem below:-
