Apologies that you've been experiencing service issues and thank you for posting, I'm glad to see that you're normally receiving some great speeds.
I've been unable to identify any problems with your segment of the network, or the services entering your hub. Silly question, have you tried a pinhole reset at all? As a soft reboot has resolved some of the issues, it's likely that refreshing all the internal processes will clear the last of the gremlins. A full reset is done by poking a paperclip or similar into the pinhole labelled RESET for at least 20 seconds. Please bear in mind that this would revert any settings or passwords to their default and disconnect any wireless devices.
