This is an off-peak test, now upload is down as well. This is rubbish.. If someone from VM does not sort this out they are getting this back and I will go back to my stable and reliable 50Mb router.

I've located your details and your equipment status is currently displayed as "unreachable".

 

Have you manually switched this off at all?

I checked my account and was shocked to find i am meant to have this Vivid 200 thingymajiggy ...  Vivid indeed as i have never had this speed in my life. M y new router is directly in front on me,no interference, new laptop etc etc and still get this rubbish. I been a customer of NTL then Virgin since 2004. My local library has faster speed that my own at home. Ridiculous

How's the service today? Has there been any progress with the speed since your last post?


Just so you know, if you're using a WiFi your Internet speed might decrease as more devices connect to the same network.
