Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

 

Sorry to read you are having issues with your broadband connection.

 

Looking at the network there are high peaks during peak hours that may affect your speeds, however it is not breaching our thresholds. I will continue to monitor this.

 

Are you able to complete speed tests at different times of the day via a wired connection to see the difference please?

Thanks for getting back to me, I really like the nonsensical message. Perhaps you could subsidise the extra cost of a 200mbps connection that is almost comparable to a 100mbps connection?

Thanks for getting back to us.

I've taken a look at the network, and there has been an improvement with the traffic during peak hours.

Have you noticed a change in the speeds at all?

If there is still an issue, can you complete a speed test direct to the Hub without any other equipment attached please?
