Incase anyone is wondering, it was your typical fault date that you always get that nothing happens. Note that I made this post on 29th of December 2015, and was told it would been fixed on 18th of February 2015. It's now 22nd of January 2016, and the next 'date' aka the useless crap they lie to you with is going to be on 30th of March.

Absolutely disgusting.

Must be some major Cat C re-segmentation and head-end upgrades there in NortHolt area to have gone on this long with at least one other Fault ticket opened as well?

If that's the case you're right, looks more like an April Fool joke and further review date?

Didn't you follow up with ISPA/CISAS escalation route?

(Oh fwiw I escalated this as well for you.... but probably may still not get Level2 response till Tuesday! Smiley Sad )

Thanks for bumping the thread.

 

I've checked the fault reference F003353632 for you. I can see the review date has been pushed back slightly to 13/04/16. There are no immediate works scheduled for the next 7 days. I see Kev_B has been keeping an eye on this and will continue to do so.

 

I've ran tests on your connection and it's showing me both your upstream power levels are way too low. An engineer will be required to get these back within range.

 

They won't be able to fix the main area fault but they'll be able to provide the best possible connection until that time comes. I'll send you a private message to arrange this (purple envelope, top right).
