Educational email

Hi,

I received this email today but I am away on holiday.  Are these legitimate or part of some scam?

Should I be worried that someone is in my house?

Re: Educational email

Everything was turned off before we left.

Some of my daughter's friends connect to the WiFi when they come around but I don't think you can download stuff on a mobile can you?  Plus they're only 12 years old.

I'll change the passwords when I get back but does this email mean I will lose service?

You might want to read VM's official help file on these e-mails:

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/get-it-right-from-a-genuine-site

Someone using your network - wifi probably- has been noticed publicly as infringing copyright. You need to sort this out.
