I love the speeds I get with virgin mobile, but we lose connection to the Internet a couple of times a week. Is this normal standards for virgin or is there something that can be done? It's so frustrating when it goes down, and it can be down from anywhere between 10 minutes or a few hours. I personally think this isn't satisfactory service.
Yes the router will light up green then the white light will come back on. Then it will start flashing then it will go green again, and it will keep cycling through. Does it at least once a week, usually a few times a week. We have an xbox wired in and that goes down too. We look on virgin website and it always says no known issues in our area. We have to run a check and it usually sorts it out
