I upgraded to Vivid350 two days ago with Virgin Media and was told the upgrade would happen within 24 hours. I now seem to have an extra £60 on the bill which I wasn't informed about and the upgrade hasn't happened. I was a VIP customer before I did this and was paying over the odds before anyway. Anyone else had this experience and do you know how I can get them to force the config change down to my modem? BTW: I'm on a superhub 2 which should be capable of this.
